摘要

Abstract

In order to fully evaluate the performance of the compressor,seek the best control law for the angle of the guide vane,and meet the requirements of the high-speed,high-pressure ratio compressor performance test,it is urgent to develop a compressor guide vane angle adjustable control device.In view of the compressor test bed environment and test scenarios,a dual-channel digital electronic control guide vane control device architecture is proposed.Component selection and design are carried out,and the hardware circuit of the electronic controller,an important component of the device,is designed and simulated.After installation and adjustment,optimal PID parameter se-lection and system integration,the device is used to carry out multiple rounds of performance exploration tests with high-speed,high-pres-sure ratio compressors.The test bed results show that the designed guide vane control device has stable control and good performance,and can adjust the angle of the compressor guide vane safely and reliably in real time to meet the needs of compressor performance testing.
