Ki-67及IDH1-R132H在神经胶质瘤中的表达水平及临床意义
Expression levels and clinical significance of Ki-67 and IDH1-R132H in gliomas

Abstract
Objective To detect the expression levels of Ki-67 and isocitrate dehydrogenase 1-R132H(IDH1-R132H)in central nervous system glioma cells and to explore their clinical significance.Methods A total of 41 patients with surgically resected and pathologically confirmed brain gliomas were included in this study.Thirteen normal brain tissue samples obtained from patients undergoing craniotomy for head trauma and spontaneous intracerebral hemor-rhage were used as a control group.Immunohistochemistry was employed to detect and compare the protein expression lev-els of Ki-67 and IDH1-R132H in glioma and control groups.Results The positive rate of Ki-67 in grade Ⅲ-Ⅳtumors(93.7%)was significantly higher than that in grade Ⅰ-Ⅱ tumors(45.4%),with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(x2=11.748,P<0.05).Ki-67 was not expressed in normal brain tissue.The posi-tive rate of IDH1-R132H in grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ tumors(83.3%)was significantly higher than that in grade I and IV tumors(47.0%),with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(x2=6.047,P<0.05).IDH1-R132H was not expressed in normal brain tissue.There was a statistically significant difference in Ki-67 expression be-tween the IDH1-R132H negative and positive groups(x2=4.055,P<0.05),with a significant negative correlation(r=-0.314,P<0.05).Conclusion The expression levels of Ki-67 and IDH1-R132 H can guide clinical practice in patients with gliomas,providing a certain reference basis.关键词
