Advances in the study of long non-coding RNAs in chemoresistance mechanisms of colorectal cancer
摘要
Abstract
Long non-coding RNAs(lncRNAs)are endogenous non-coding RNAs that play significant roles in the chemoresistance mechanisms of colorectal cancer(CRC).Chemotherapy is a crucial treatment modality for CRC,but resistance to chemotherapy remains a major challenge.Various studies have demonstrated that lncRNAs contribute to CRC chemoresistance through different mechanisms.Consequently,targeting lncRNAs to overcome CRC chemoresistance has been proposed as a therapeutic strategy.This review summarizes the recent advances in research on the mechanisms by which lncRNAs contribute to chemoresistance in CRC.关键词
