Abstract
In order to study the combined effect of freeze-thaw and steel bar corrosion on the durability of concrete,based on different water cement ratios of concrete mix proportions,measures such as epoxy coating on the surface of steel bars,brushing silane on the surface of concrete,adding rust inhibitors or slag powder to the concrete,and using steel bars with different degrees of corrosion were taken to conduct freeze-thaw and steel bar corrosion tests.The results showed that after freeze-thaw cycles,concrete did not have any adverse effects on the corrosion of internal steel bars.The effect of different degrees of corrosion of steel bars on the freeze-thaw performance of concrete was not significant,and the ability of concrete structures to undergo freeze-thaw cycles was not reduced due to the corrosion of steel bars.The secondary hydration effect of embedded epoxy steel bars,surface coating with silane and admixtures is beneficial for the durability of concrete.However,when the thickness of the concrete protective layer is small,further verification is needed to determine whether concrete freeze-thaw has an impact on the corrosion of internal steel bars.关键词
