摘要

Abstract

The need is imminent for the optimization of binding the reinforcement cage of prefabricated concrete caissons,especially in the present China that has seen with the improvement of national industrialization in general,and the rapid development of caisson precast technology in particular.In order to meet the schedule for construction of 1#and 2#Berths for liquid bulk cargo transferred through Jedda Harbor of Maoming port,a new a set of sling frame for the operation ofreinforcement binding,hoisting,and installation system,has been designed and used in the port construction work.The analysis and calculation on the e structure system,the stresses,the work cases condition have lead to optimization of steel binding process,enabling the project implemented smoothly,and achieved good benefits.
