Abstract
Taking the installation and welding project of the rear welding section of the deep and middle passage as an example,the filling and welding of the final steel joint of the immersed tube tunnel is applied.Based on the principle of minimum welding amount,simple assembly operation and fast speed,the steel joint is pre-fabricated and hoisted and welded on the construction site with reference to the process of hull section division.The key technologies of the project,including structural segment design,electric group hoist and integrated control system,small centralized air supply pipeline system,ventilation and ventilation system in closed cabin,are the first of their kind in the industry,saving cost,safe and controllable,taking into account good ventilation and refrigeration effect,and successfully applied to the lifting and welding construction of the final joint of the immersed tube tunnel in the deep and middle passage.And it has broad application significance.关键词
