摘要

Abstract

To solve the problems such as insufficient professional practice and imperfect talent cultivation mechanisms in the current graduate training process,this paper mainly discussed the practice and exploration of collaborative education based on the integration of industry and education under the joint training model of universities and enterprises.Through the plan-establish for practical education pathways for graduate students,implementation of measures to enhance graduate students'practical and innovative abilities and the clarification of practice and education mechanism for integrating industry and education,a new education mode was proposed.The core of this education mode mainly focuses on scientific research practice and innovation ability enhancement,with practical application requirement and career needs as the goal.Based on the construction of a collaborative education mechanism centered on students and integrating of production-education-research,the deep integration of production-education-research between school and enterprise and further develop practical education can be realized.Meanwhile,the above measurement can effectively enhance the engineering practice and scientific research innovation abilities of graduate students.
