摘要
Abstract
Mitochondria are dynamic,semi-autonomous organelles widely found in mammalian cells and play an important role in maintaining normal endometrial cell homeostasis.Endometrial carcinoma is a common malignant tumor in women,and its age of onset is showing a trend towards younger age,so improving the ability to treat endometrial carcinoma is important to improve its prognosis.Recent studies have shown that abnormal mitochondrial biosynthesis process,dysregulation of mitochondrial dynamics,and mitochondrial dysfunction are closely related to the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma.Mitochondria also show great potential in endometrial carcinoma treatment,such as induction of apoptosis and targeting of mitochondria-associated endometrial carcinoma stem cells.Deeply understanding of the role of mitochondria in the pathogenesis of endometrial carcinoma will provide new perspectives for endometrial carcinoma treatment.关键词
