Abstract
Mature cystic teratoma of ovary(MCTO)is the most common ovarian germ cell tumor,which is usually benign.However,in rare cases,it may undergo malignant transformation.Malignant transformation of MCTO(MT-MCTO)is common in postmenopausal women.Due to its rarity,there is still no standard diagnosis and therapeutic options.This paper reports the diagnosis and treatment of a 77-year-old patient with MT-MCTO to squamous cell carcinoma at stage Ⅱ B.After cytoreductive surgery,the patient received a course of chemotherapy with bleomycin+etoposide+cisplatin.However,because the patient's physical condition could not tolerate further treatment,the patient died after six months of postoperative follow-up.关键词
