Role of Hippo signaling pathway-related microRNAs in colorectal cancer
结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,尽管目前关于CRC的研究较以往取得了较大突破,但其具体发病机制仍不清楚.Hippo信号通路在CRC的发病机制中发挥重要作用,而微RNA(microRNA,miRNA)作为癌基因或抑癌基因通过调控Hippo信号通路影响CRC细胞的增殖、侵袭、迁移、糖酵解、血管生成及耐药性等过程.充分认识Hippo信号通路相关miRNA在CRC中的作用、耐药机制及预后价值,对于深入研究CRC的病理机制、开发靶向药物及优化预后评估具有重要意义.
Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the most common malignant tumors worldwide.Although significant breakthroughs have been made in CRC research,its specific pathogenesis remains unclear.The Hippo signaling pathway plays a crucial role in the pathogenesis of CRC,and microRNAs(miRNAs),acting as oncogenes or tumor suppressor genes,influence CRC cell proliferation,invasion,migration,glycolysis,angiogenesis,and drug resistance by regulating the Hippo signaling pathway.Understanding of the role,resistance mechanisms,and prognostic value of Hippo signaling pathway-related miRNAs in CRC is vital for further research into CRC pathology development of targeted therapies,and optimization of prognostic evaluations.
