Digital Transformation and the Level of New Quality Productivity of Enterprises
摘要
Abstract
The article selects the annual data of China's A-share listed companies from 2011 to 2022 as the research sample to examine the impact of digital transformation on the level of new quality productivity of enterprises,and explore the mechanism and heterogeneity factors between the two.The empirical findings show that digital transformation can significantly improve the level of new quality productivity of enterprises.The mechanism test shows that digital transformation can promote the increase of new quali-ty productivity of enterprises by alleviating financial constraints,strengthening managerial capabilities,and improving information transparency.The heterogeneity analysis shows that the implementation of digital transformation has a more significant effect on the improvement of new quality productivity in state-owned enterprises,technology-intensive enterprises,and enterprises in regions with weaker digital infrastructure.The conclusion of the article provides a useful reference for formulating relevant policies to pro-mote the digital transformation of enterprises and the construction of new quality productivity.关键词
