新基建"三网融合"对制造业新质生产力的作用路径研究
Research on the Role Path of New Infrastructure's"Three Network Integration"on the New Quality Productivity of Manufacturing Industry

Abstract
In the transition period from factor driven development to efficiency driven development,the integration of ener-gy,transportation,and information networks has become a necessary infrastructure for the development of new productive forces,providing support for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.So how does the integration of new infrastruc-ture and three networks affect the development of new quality productivity in the manufacturing industry?This article uses provincial panel data from 2012 to 2022 to construct a bidirectional fixed effects model.The empirical results show that the integration of new infrastructure and three networks has an incentive effect on the formation and development of new quality productivity in the manu-facturing industry.This positive impact can be achieved by reducing the mismatch of innovation resources,green funds,and talent resources.Moreover,the integration of new infrastructure and the three networks can also drive the development of new manufactu-ring productivity in neighboring areas,resulting in spatial spillover effects.After conducting heterogeneity analysis,it was found that the integration of new infrastructure and the three networks has a greater impact on the level of new manufacturing productivity in areas with lower economic resilience,insufficient industrial transformation,and strong environmental regulations.Based on this,this article proposes development suggestions for deepening the integration of the three networks,promoting coordinated allocation of innovative resources,strengthening the"green threshold"effect,and promoting the"dual chain integration"of talent chains and emerging industry chains.关键词
