植物源神经酸在圆红冬孢酵母中的异源表达
Heterologous Expression of Plant-based Neurotrophic Acids in Rhodosporidium toruloides
摘要
Abstract
The oil-producing yeast(Rhodosporidium toruloides)was the host to test the heterologous expression of fatty acid elongase related genes from the Xanthoceras Sorbifolium.According to the reconstruction feasibility of neural acid synthesis system of Xanthoceras Sorbifolium in R.toruloides,the neural acid synthesis gene of Xanthoceras Sorbifolium was obtained,and was optimized based on the codon bias of R.toruloides to construct the expression vector.And through Agrobacterium mediated,the expression vector was transformed into R.toruloides haploid strain NP11,and the expression of fatty acid elongase FAE gene was verified from the phenotype,genotype and protein level.关键词
