摘要
Abstract
The ultrasonic elution method,as a commonly used microbiological collection technology for medical devices,has excellent reproducibility.Through the verification of the effect of ultrasound duration on microorganisms under the ultrasound frequency of 40 kHZ,we have determined the ultrasound time that minimizes the microbial damage and is most appropriate for the elution rate.At the same time,we has monitored the temperature changes during the ultrasound process.This study provides technical support and guidance for the medical device bioburden detection.关键词
