摘要

Abstract

Inflammatory Bowel Disease(IBD)is a chronic and recurrent inflammatory disease of the bowel.The current treatment methods have some problems such as low clinical remission rate,high recurrence rate and obvious side effects,so the development of novel and efficient treatment strategies has become a global goal in this field.As one of the emerging therapies in the field of IBD,engineered probiotic therapy brings new possibilities for breaking through the bottleneck of IBD treatment.This article describes the basic problems involved in the design and construction of genetically engineered probiotics,and summarizes the application of engineered probiotics in the diagnosis and clinical treatment of IBD,in order to provide new perspectives and ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of IBD.
