摘要
Abstract
Cellulose,as the main component of plant cell walls,is widely existing in nature.Its degradation process is of great significance for compost fermentation,soil improvement,and the development and utilization of biomass energy.Cellulose degrading bacteria play a crucial role in the composting process.The aim of this study is to isolate cellulose degrading strains from corn straw compost,and screen excellent strains by measuring relevant enzyme activity,disintegration ability and compatibility of filter paper,constructing composite bacterial strains,and evaluating degradation performance.关键词
