摘要

Abstract

This paper researched the optimal extraction process of Pueraria lobata polysaccharides by using ultrasonic-assisted deep eutectic solvent and the antioxidant activity of Pueraria lobata polysaccharides.Taking the Pueraria as the raw material and the ultrasonic-assisted deep eutectic solvent as the extraction method,the extraction process of Pueraria lobata polysaccharides was optimized by single factor and Box-Behnken method,and the antioxidant activity of Pueraria lobata polysaccharides was studied by DPPH method.Through the optimization of deep eutectic solvents,choline chloride-ethylene glycol 1∶2 was determined as the optimal extraction solution,detailed as follows:extraction time 35 min,extraction temperature 40 ℃,liquid-material ratio 14 mUg,and the average extraction rate of Pueraria lobata polysaccharides was 13.27%.When the concentration of Pueraria lobata polysaccharides was 1.00 mg/mL,the highest scavenging rate of DPPH free radicals was up to 88.72%.The ultrasonic-assisted deep eutectic solvent extraction of Pueraria lobata polysaccharides had a high extraction rate,was environmentally friendly,and could preserve the activity of the target product.
