A Study on Forest Green Spaces and Soil Microbial Diversity in Warm Temperate Urban Areas

摘要
Abstract
Five types of urban forest green spaces,including urban affiliated forest green spaces,park forest green spaces,residential forest green spaces,street side forest green spaces,and non-green spaces in the warm temperate zone,were selected as the research objects.100 soil samples were randomly collected,and the pH value and DNA quantity of soil were measured.The physical and chemical properties and microbial diversity of different forest green spaces were compared.The conclusion is that the physical and chemical properties of green space are better than those of non-green spaces,and the microbial diversity index of green spaces is higher than that of non-green spaces.This article aims to reveal that the greening degree of forest green spaces in warm temperate urban areas has a direct impact on soil microbial diversity.In practice,it is necessary to effectively manage forest green spaces,provide good conditions for soil microorganisms and promotes the health of soil ecosystems in warm temperate urban areas.关键词
