摘要

Abstract

This article carries out the disinfection and sterilization test of 172nm xenon excimer sterilizer,and aims to provide support for accurate use of the sterilizer.The sterilizer is turned on according to the disinfection procedure,and the disinfection and sterilization effect is compared by measuring the oxygen concentration,natural bacteria and staphylococcus alba at different concentrations.In the practice,the microbiological comparison before and after sterilizing Chinese traditional medicine decoction pieces with high pollution amount indicates the sterilizing effect.The use of sterilizer,in a low concentration and an appropriate extension of disinfection time,can make the microbial demise rate in the air reach more than 90%,and in a high concentration and a very short time,can make the microbial demise rate in the air reach more than 99%.Disinfection and sterilization in a human-machine coexistence environment has a good effect on disinfecting contaminatd bateria in traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.The xenon excimer sterilizer can efficiently,safely,and environmentally friendly disinfect and sterilize,and is worthy of promotion and use.
