摘要

Abstract

Based on the atomic fluorescence double standard sandwich method,the mercury in food can be rapid and simple determined.The rice,dried mushroom and canned black bean sauce fish,as the research subjects,were processed by microwave digestion,and then were measured by standard curve method and atomic fluorescence double standard sandwich method.The detection limit of mercury was 0.015μg/L,the recovery was 93.50%-97.75%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 4%.Compared with the national standard method,the double standard sandwich method does not need to draw the standard curve and measure the blank solution,which simplifies the calculation steps and improves the operation efficiency.
