摘要

Abstract

Food microbioloy is an important professional basic course for food inspection and testing specialty.To deepen the ideological and political construction of the course,fulfill the fundamental task of cultivating people with moral integrity,fully leverage the educational function of the food microbiology teaching,and actively explore ideological and political elements embedded in the course's knowledge points,this article explores the integration of ideological and political education in food microbiology teaching by constructing course training objectives,designing the integration of ideological and political elements,providing examples to illustrate the practice of the integratinon of ideological and political elements and reflecting on the course's ideological and political education.Based on the integration of professional courses and ideological and political elements,the value shaping,knowledge transmission,and ability cultivation are integrated,which aims to improve the educating effect.
