Abstract
This article has explored the clinical practice value of tuberculosis antibodies,tuberculosis infection T cell spot test(T-SPOT.TB),sputum smear,and sputum culture combined in the diagnosis of active pulmonary tuberculosis.Taking 120 suspected pulmonary tuberculosis patient samples collected from the laboratory of Gansu Medical College from January 2023 to December 2023 as the research object,their lood and sputum samples were tested,and the diagnostic efficacy of single test results and joint test results were evaluated.The results showed that there was no difference(P＞0.05)in the clinical results between the combined detection of tuberculosis antibodies,T-SPOT.TB and four methods,and the positive rate of sputum smear and sputum culture detection was lower than that of clinical examination results(P＜0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of the combined detection of the four methods were 97.96％and 95.45％,which were significantly higher than those of a single method(P＜0.05).The combined application of tuberculosis antibodies and T-SPOT.TB,sputum smear,and sputum culture can improve the diagnostic sensitivity of active pulmonary tuberculosis and is worth promoting.关键词
