渤海Z油田硫化氢产生菌群落组成分析
Analysis of the Community Composition of Hydrogen Sulfide Producing Strain in Bohai Z Oilfield

Abstract
This study quantitatively analyzed the hydrogen sulfide producing strain in the injection and production wells of Bohai Z oilfield,and used the high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze the community composition of hydrogen sulfide producing strain.It was found that compared to the injection well,the microbial diversity in the production well was more abundant,and more types of hydrogen sulfide producing strain were detected,with a higher relative abundance increasing from 1.19%to 23.08%.Moreover,the detection of thermophilic hydrogen sulfide producing strain,such as Desulfofundulus,Thermodesulfovibrio,Pseudothermotoga and Soehngenia,suggested that the endogenous microorganisms in the oilfield possess the potential for high-temperature hydrogen sulfide production.This article revealed the community composition of hydrogen sulfide producing strain in Bohai Z oilfield,and provided strong support for the management of secondary hydrogen sulfide hazards in offshore oil fields.关键词
