副溶血弧菌OpaR转录调控元研究
Analysis of OpaR Transcription Regulon in Vibrio parahaemolyticus
摘要
Abstract
This article aims to investigate the transcriptional regulation mechanism of OpaR regulon under the biofilm formation condition.By comparing the transcriptome data of wild-type and opaR gene mutant strains,it was found that OpaR regulates the transcription of 2243 genes,of which 1164 were down-regulated and 1079 were up-regulated.The functional enrichment analysis displayed that these genes involved molecular function,cellular components,biological processes,and other aspects.The metabolic pathway analysis revealed that differentially expressed genes mainly involved cellular metabolic pathways and environmental information processing.In addition,multiple genes related to biofilm formation were screened from the data.These findings provided important information for understanding the molecular mechanisms by which OpaR regulates biofilm formation.关键词
