摘要

Abstract

This paper aims to explore the detection and significance of IgE,mast cell trypsin(MCT)in serum,and substance P(SP)in the throat and gastrointestinal tissues of rats with sudden allergic death.Fourteen healthy and clean SD rats were selected and divided randomly into a sensitization group and a 0.9%soduim chloride solution control group,with seven rats in each group.Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect IgE and MCT levels in rat serum,while immunohistoch-emistry was used to detect the SP levels in throat and gastrointestinal tissues.The results showed that IgE and MCT levels in the serum of rats with sudden allergic death increased,with the significant difference compared with the normal group(P<0.05).The differences of SP levels in the throat and gastrointestinal tissues between the experimental group and the normal group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The IgE and MCT in the setum,and the SP in the throat and gastrointestinal tissues can be used as forensic pathological diagnostic indicators for allergic shock in rats.
