Tl+掺杂Cs2BaBr4晶体的闪烁性能OA
Scintillation Properties of Tl+-doped Cs2BaBr4 Crystal
以高纯度BaBr2、CsBr、TlBr为原料,采用高温固相反应法合成了不同掺杂量的Cs2BaBr4:Tl+多晶料原料,通过坩埚下降法生长了不同掺杂量的Cs2BaBr4:Tl+晶体.测试了晶体的闪烁性能,主要有光致发光、X射线激发发射谱及在紫外光激发下的衰减时间.结果表明,晶体在 265 nm 激发波长下测得发射光谱中可观察到两个Tl+离子的发射峰,分别为 366 nm和 450 nm.在紫外激发下,Cs2BaBr4:1%Tl+、Cs2BaBr4:…查看全部>>
