摘要

Abstract

The demand for skin-like functional fiber membranes with liquid resistance and moisture permeabili-ty is increasing in various application fields.However,this kind of fiber membrane still faces great challenges in balancing high waterproof performance/hydrostatic pressure and moisture/air permeability.Therefore,success-fully developed a Janus polyurethane(TPU)-based electrospun nanofiber membrane with asymmetric wettabili-ty.The outer layer of the composite membrane was hydrophobically modified TPU nanofibers,which had good hydrophobicity with a water contact angle of 136.8°.The inner layer was hydrophilic-modified TPU nanofibers,and the water droplets could spread completely within 1s.The effects of hydrophilic/hydrophobic modification on electrospinning and TPU nanofibers,and the effects of the hydrophilic/hydrophobic layer thickness on the properties of composite membranes were studied.When the hydrophobic layer/hydrophilic layer thickness ratio was 2/1,the composite TPU nanofiber membrane exhibited excellent protection and comfort(hydrostatic pres-sure was 85.3 kPa,moisture permeability was 9.16 kg m-2 d-1).This asymmetric wettability Janus nanofiber mem-brane may provide new ideas for the design and development of advanced protective textiles.
