碳纤维三维圆筒织物的织造工艺实验探究
Experimental study on weaving technology of three-dimensional cylindrical carbon fabrics

Abstract
Three-dimensional fabrics have good mechanical properties and interlayer properties.In the experiment,7200d carbon fiber was pre-tensioned on a self-made bobbin frame to make an elastic filament.Repeated experiments were conducted on an 8-layer three-dimensional loom,and the optimal number of shallow bending layers was determined to be 5 layers,while the optimal number of intersecting layers was 7 layers.Through numerous tests and optimization of process parameters,the fabric structure diagram and pattern diagram of the 5-layer shallow cross-bending fabric and the 7-layer intersecting fabric were designed.The reed is threaded in groups of 4/4/3 and 5/6 on the 0.75 reed plate using the sequential threading method.By changing the angle between the warp and the core mold,two kinds of three-dimensional cylindrical fabrics are woven to improve the non-twist of carbon fiber and address the unclear opening caused by poor wear resistance in the weaving process.Finally,it is concluded that the 5-layer shallow cross-bending fabric is soft in texture and low in strength,making it suitable for processing into tubular materials used in industrial pipeline transportation.The 7-layer intersecting fabric surface is relatively flat and high in strength,and it is suitable for aerospace aircraft shell material.关键词
