基于Flotherm的电脑针织横机主变频器热设计及优化分析
Thermal design and optimization analysis of the main frequency converter in computerized flat knitting machines based on flotherm

Abstract
In view of the dry,dusty and flammable environment of the textile workshop,Flotherm software was used to simulate and optimize the temperature of the radiator of the main inverter of the computerized flat knit-ting machines.Based on the basic theory of heat loss,the thermal simulation model of the inverter was estab-lished,the internal flow field and temperature field distribution of the main inverter radiator were simulated,and the structural parameters and forced air cooling form of the radiator were optimized.The results show that the shape and fin spacing of the radiator have a great influence on its heat dissipation effect,and the triangular fin ra-diator with a spacing of 10 mm is the best.After optimization,the average temperature of the inverter is 64.77℃,a year-on-year decrease of 32.69%,and furthermore,the heat dissipation effect of a single large-size cooling fan is the best,and the average temperature of the inverter is 34.69℃,which is within the safe working temper-ature range of the equipment.This study provides a theoretical reference for the selection and optimization of ra-diator structure and cooling fan of textile equipment in actual production.关键词
