The domain of unknown function 668(DUF668)family is a family of plants whose function is unknown.To unveil the function and characteristics of maize DUF668(ZmDUF668)gene family,we identified ZmDUF668 gene family by bioinformatics method.The results showed that there were 19 ZmDUF668 genes in maize,distributing on 8 chromo-somes,named ZmDUF668-1-ZmDUF668-19;the most of proteins encoded by ZmDUF668 were alkaline,and most of the family members were localized in…查看全部>>
