数字经济背景下数字化人才培养策略研究
Research on the Cultivation Strategies of Digital Talents in Accounting Majors of Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Background of Digital Economy
摘要
Abstract
With the continuous emergence of emerging technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,and blockchain,society has fully entered the era of digital economy.This transformation has not only reshaped the production methods and service models across various industries but also posed unprecedented challenges and opportunities for talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.Starting from the importance of strengthening the cultivation of digital talents in the context of the digital economy,this paper explores the problems existing in the cultivation of digital talents in accounting majors in higher vocational colleges.Finally,it proposes strategies for the cultivation of digital talents in accounting majors in higher vocational colleges from the perspectives of formulating digital talent cultivation programs,rebuilding professional curriculum systems,deepening strategic cooperation between schools and enterprises,reforming teaching methods,and carrying out extensive social services.The aim is to provide strong support and inexhaustible momentum for the construction of Digital China and a powerful country in science and technology.关键词
