Abstract
Good Marxist theoretical literacy is the foundation for ideological and political teachers to teach ideological and political courses well.There are shortcomings in the Marxist theoretical literacy of ideological and political course teachers in vocational colleges,mainly manifested in three aspects:insufficient overall grasp of Marxist theory,insufficient ability to interpret Marxism in a theoretical and theoretical way,and insufficient ability to systematically apply Marxism.On the new era and new journey,the construction of ideological and political courses is facing new situations and tasks.Vocational colleges should deeply study and implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the construction of ideological and political courses,take enhancing the systematic cognitive ability of ideological and political course teachers as the foundation,focus on strengthening their theoretical interpretation ability,and take improving their systematic application ability as the key.Multiple measures should be taken to enhance the Marxist theoretical literacy of ideological and political course teachers.关键词
