高职院校劳动教育融入思想政治理论课的实践体系研究
Research on the Practice System of Integrating Labor Education into Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Vocational Colleges

Abstract
Both labor education and ideological and political theory courses have the function of ideological and political education,which provides the possibility for labor education to integrate into ideological and political theory.The integration of labor education into ideological and political theory courses in vocational colleges needs to start from the underlying logic of following the requirements of Marxism Sinicization,aiming at the educational purpose of cultivating morality and cultivating talents,and strengthening the practicality of ideological and political theory courses.This includes curriculum objectives that focus on cultivating student values,multiple channels for embedded integration into course content,ability oriented modular teaching methods,and a multi subject collaborative evaluation model.By improving the labor literacy of the teaching staff of ideological and political theory courses,creating labor practice bases with ideological and political education functions,constructing a labor education teaching resource library,and creating a cultural atmosphere of"labor education+ideological and political education",measures are taken to promote the organic integration of the two,thereby enhancing the educational effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses.关键词
