高职食品类专业服务乡村振兴的路径研究
Research on the Path of Food-Related Majors in Vocational Colleges Serving the Rural Revitalization Strategy
摘要
Abstract
In the context of rural revitalization strategy,the talent revitalization and industrial revitalization were elaborated on assisting rural revitalization as the connotation of vocational education.The paper analyzes the realistic dilemma of talent demand and industrial development in rural revitalization from the three dimensions of talent supply and demand relationship,employment motivation and ability cultivation of agricultural and food enterprises.Guided by the problems such as unequal supply of existing talents,weak industrial employment power,low skill proficiency of students,and lack of innovation vitality of enterprises,this paper puts forward a reasonable path for food professional vocational education to help rural revitalization from four aspects:orientation of training objectives,ideological and political cultivation,skill forging,and double innovation and development.关键词
