羰基铁粉含量对多孔结构磁敏弹性体力磁性能的影响研究OACSTPCD
Effect of Carbonyl Iron Powder Content on Mechanical and Magnetic Properties of Porous Magneto-sensitive Elastomer
磁敏弹性体的高磁流变效应和优良的力学性能是其作为传感器、致动器的基本保证.该研究以羰基铁粉为磁性粒子,采用化学发泡法制备了一种具有优异力磁性能的天然橡胶基多孔结构磁敏弹性体.对其物相、磁性能、微观结构、磁流变性能和力学性能进行了测试与表征,探究了羰基铁粉含量对磁流变性能和力学性能的影响.研究发现,多孔结构磁敏弹性体的孔洞形貌为圆形闭孔状,羰基铁粉含量可有效调节孔洞尺寸;当羰基铁粉含量为质量分数60%时,多孔结构磁敏弹性体的力学性能达到最高,此时拉伸强度为4.62MPa,较未添加羰基铁粉磁性粒子的多孔结构弹性体提升了 153.8%,断裂伸长率可达300.5%,同时磁流变性能达到最佳,磁流变效应高至464.3%.
The high magnetorheological effect and excellent mechanical properties of magneto-sensitive elastomers are the basic guarantee for their use as sensors and actuators.The natural rubber-based porous magneto-sensitive elastomers with excellent mechanical and magnetorheological properties were prepared by chemical foaming method using carbonyl iron powder as magnetic particles.The phase,magnetic properties,microstructure,magnetorheological properties and mechanical properties were tested.The effects of carbonyl iron powder content on magnetorheological properties and mechanical properties were investigated.It was found that the pore morphology of the porous magneto-sensitive elastomer was circular and closed,the content of carbonyl iron powder can effectively adjust the pore size.When the content of carbonyl iron powder was 60 wt%,the mechanical properties of the porous magneto-sensitive elastomer reached the highest.The tensile strength was 4.62 MPa,which was 153.8%higher than the porous magneto-sensitive elastomer without the addition of carbonyl iron powder.The elongation at break reached 300.5%and the magnetorheological properties reached the best,in which the magnetorheological effect was as high as 464.3%.
