超声处置对SBS改性沥青抗疲劳和耐老化能力影响的分析OACSTPCD
Analysis of the Effect of Ultrasonic Treatment on the Fatigue and Aging Resistance of SBS Modified Asphalt
该研究为了寻找改善SBS改性沥青在长期使用过程中抗疲劳能力以及耐老化能力的方式,将超声处置引入到SBS改性沥青制备中,分析超声处置前后SBS改性沥青在不同老化程度下黏弹关系、抗疲劳能力以及低温蠕变能力的变化.结果表明,超声处置作用于SBS改性沥青可以降低其黏弹比例,增强SBS改性沥青对应变的敏感程度,在掺量较低时的SBS改性沥青长期服役阶段抗疲劳能力略微增强;低温蠕变和应力松弛能力下降,改性沥青变得更为脆硬;在整个温度段中短期耐老化性能略微降低,但是对于高温段及低温段的长期耐老化性能会略微增强,该影响随SBS改性剂的掺量增加而减弱.
In order to find ways to improve the fatigue resistance and aging resistance of SBS modified asphalt during long-term use,ultrasonic treatment was introduced into the field of SBS modified asphalt,and the changes of viscoelastic relationship,fatigue resistance and low temperature creep ability of SBS modified asphalt under different aging degrees before and after ultrasonic treatment were analyzed.The results show that ultrasonic treatment can reduce the viscoelastic ratio of SBS modified asphalt,enhance the sensitivity of SBS modified asphalt to strain,and slightly enhance the fatigue resistance of SBS modified asphalt in long-term service at a low dosage.The low temperature creep and stress relaxation ability decrease,and the modified asphalt becomes more brittle and hard.In the whole temperature range,the short-term aging resistance is slightly reduced,but the long-term aging resistance of the high and low temperature segments is slightly enhanced,and the effect is weakened with the increase of the dosage of SBS modifier.
