以己二胺和间苯二甲酰氯为原料,采用界面聚合+固相缩聚法制备得到了聚间苯二甲酰己二胺(PA6I),并着重对其聚合工艺进行了探究.通过分析界面聚合类型、间苯二甲酰氯和己二胺的浓度、反应温度、缚酸剂种类和用量以及界面聚合面积对其相对黏度和分子量的影响规律,得出了最佳聚合工艺:己二胺与间苯二甲酰氯的单体浓度为0.2 mol/L;反应温度为70℃;缚酸剂无水碳酸钠与反应单体的摩尔比为2∶1;在此条件下,合成的尼龙6I的相对黏度可达到1.78.

This article uses hexamethylene diamine and isophthaloyl chloride as raw materials to prepare Polyisophthaloylhexanediamine(PA6I)by interface polymerization and solid-phase condensation method,and focuses on exploring its polymerization process.By analyzing the influence of interface polymerization type,concentration of isophthaloyl chloride and hexamethylene diamine,reaction temperature,type and dosage of acid binding agent,and interface polymerization area on its relative viscosity and molecular weight,the optimal polymerization process was obtained:with a monomer concentration of 0.2 mol/L for hexanediamine and isophthaloyl chloride;the reaction temperature is 70 ℃;the molar ratio of anhydrous sodium carbonate as a binding agent to the reaction monomer is 2:1.The relative viscosity of nylon 6I synthesized under these conditions can reach 1.78.
