Abstract
The good sealing of metro vehicle rubber is an important guarantee for the normal operation of vehicle equipment,and scientific maintenance strategy can reduce the waste of resources.In this paper,accelerated tests were carried out for the rubber of gangway and the rubber of door and window of metro vehicles,the compression deformation and hardness of rubber were tested,the aging life of rubber was predicted by Arrhenius model,and the performance state of rubber was evaluated based on data fitting method.The results show that the maximum residual life of the gangway rubber served for 5 years and the door and window rubber served for 10 years is 31.56 years and 23.61 years at 25 ℃.The cubic polynomial is used to fit the hardness change during the aging process to evaluate the performance state of the rubber,which provides a theoretical reference for the maintenance of the rubber.关键词
