Abstract
This paper revolves around a comprehensive review of theoretical research methods,models,and application studies of carbon fiber composite materials in the field of rail transportation.Firstly,it summarizes the current commonly used research methods for composite material characteristics.Subsequently,it elaborates on the application and related research of carbon fiber composite materials in crucial components of rail transportation vehicles.Finally,it points out the existing challenges for achieving large-scale application and outlines future development directions.Research findings indicate that theoretical studies dominate the investigation of carbon fiber composite materials,with finite element simulations being prevalent for large structural components in rail transportation.Existing applications mainly focus on exterior coverings for driver cabins,vehicle bodies,and bogies,demonstrating the design and operation requirements in terms of mechanical performance and structural strength.Future efforts should include establishing dedicated standards for the rail transportation industry,optimizing structural design concepts and assembly processes,developing the raw material supply chain and enhancing production lines,and researching complementary operation and maintenance equipment.关键词
