Abstract
Aiming at the problem that the traditional mine frequency converter cooling system has a large area and can not meet the narrow space for installation and debugging of local fans,taking the FBD No 7.1 local fan in the 2-3061 working face of Shanxi Huobao Ganhe Coal Mine as the research object,an embedded air-cooled frequency converter is designed.The heating element of the frequency converter is embedded into the steel duct structure,and the heat is blown out by the air flow,and the shape of the heat sink of the frequency converter is calculated and simulated.The practice shows that the designed embedded air-cooled frequency converter can meet the requirements of narrow installation space of local ventilator,and the application effect is good,which achieves the expected effect and ensures the underground ventilation safety of Huobaoganhe Coal Mine in Shanxi Province.关键词
