高阶碎软煤层氮气/空气复合定向钻进技术研究OA
Research on nitrogen/air composite directional drilling technology in high-order broken soft coal seam
针对晋城矿区无烟煤碎软区域瓦斯抽采钻孔施工难度大、成孔率低、Co超限和孔内着火的问题,提出了氮气/空气复合定向钻进技术.从技术原理、工艺方法入手,分析了风压和供风量等工艺参数对复合定向钻孔施工的影响.在长平煤矿4326工作面进行现场试验,共完成42个主孔,累计进尺6 454.5 m,300 m及以上的钻孔成孔率为79.5%,200 m及以上的钻孔成孔率为85.7%,150 m及以上的钻孔成孔率为94.5%,效果显著.
Aiming at the problems of difficult construction,low hole-forming rate,CO overrun and fire in the hole of gas extraction borehole in the soft area of anthracite in Jincheng mining area,a nitrogen/air composite directional drilling technology is proposed.Starting from the technical principle and process method,the influence of process parameters such as air pressure and air supply on the construction of composite directional drilling is analyzed.The field test was carried out in 4326 working face of Changping Coal Mine.A total of 42 main holes were completed,and the cumulative footage was 6454.5 m.The hole forming rate of 300 m and above was 79.5%,the hole forming rate of 200 m and above was 85.7%,and the hole forming rate of 150 m and above was 94.5%.The effect was remarkable.
