Abstract
Ecological clean small watershed comprehensive management is an important component for building a beautiful China.Strengthening quality supervision of engineering construction is necessary not only for high-quality development of soil erosion control,but also for enhancing the quality supervision in the water conservancy sector.In the paper the characteristics of ecological clean small watershed comprehensive management project of Huaxi Reservoir is studied based on the general procedure for quality supervision of water conservancy engineering,and proposals for quality supervision in the early period,project construction and final check of the project is provided,that could be used for reference for supervision of such projects construction.关键词
