Abstract
Due to the scarcity of water resources in southern Xinjiang,water-saving and efficiency improvement should be taken as the fundamental policy.Therefore,great efforts should be made to deepen the reform of water resource management system,improve water resources intensive and economical utilization,constantly strengthen the construction of water resource allocation and regulation capacity,and systematically promote reform in key areas and key links of water conservancy sector.At present,southern Xinjiang faces problems such as water scarcity,lack of controlled reservoirs,incomplete irrigation facilities,and lower water-saving level.In response to these problems,the measures such as seeking new water source,economizing on water resources are proposed to improve water use efficiency.关键词
