Abstract
In the"Law on Yellow River Conservation",it is clearly defined that"establish and improve the Yellow River Basin ecological protection compensation system."At present,the marketization degree of the basin ecological compensation system is low,the ecological compensation funds mainly rely on the government financial support,and the relevant supporting system is not perfect.From the aspect of institution,the marketization of the ecological compensation system needs to start from three perspectives:the trading platform as the"foundation",the financing as the"pillar",and the evaluation system as the"framework",to promote the ecological compensation mechanism to develop and optimize in a more efficient direction from the three main aspects of people,capital and evaluation criteria.关键词
