Abstract
This basic situation of water resources development and utilization are discussed in Binzhou City.Through the analysis of the main problems and root causes of water resources development and utilization,there is a realistic contradiction between the increasing water demand of economic and social development in the new stage and the insufficient water resources supporting capacity of Binzhou City.Several targeted measures are put forward,including strengthening the construction of water resources projects to enhance the water supply capacity,strengthening the construction of water transmission and distribution projects to improve the efficiency of water transmission,carrying out the construction of water-saving society to promote efficient water use.We will strengthen river control and pollution control,and take targeted measures to achieve comprehensive utilization of water resources and high-quality development.关键词
