Abstract
The policy guarantee to achieve the target of carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality is introduced from the national level and the municipal level,and the way to achieve the target of carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality and the requirements for water affair are proposed.The major achievements of Tianjin Water utilities in achieving peak carbon neutrality are summarized.The main problems restricting Tianjin Water to achieve carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality in terms of water saving,soil erosion control and green transformation are analyzed.Through the research,the four aspects of effectively strengthening organizational implementation,actively promoting green transformation,reducing carbon emissions and increasing carbon sink are proposed,so as to promote the green and high-quality development of Tianjin Water.关键词
