摘要

Abstract

To address the issues of high die cost and inconvenient storage and transportation of traditional pre-fabricated shallow round silo roof structure,a prefabricated folded plate shallow round silo roof structure is pro-posed.By using the numerical simulation method of layered shell units,the mechanical performance of this structure under vertically distributed loads is thoroughly studied,including structural deformation and force transmission performance between plate joints.By comparing with the structural tests of existing single curva-ture silo roof structures,the influence of different inclinations on the force performance of the folded plate roof structure is analyzed,and 25° is determined as the optimal inclination angle,at which the structural bearing performance is optimal.The research results show that the prefabricated folded plate silo roof structure not only meets the requirements of load-bearing specifications,but also effectively achieves force transmission through the plate joint design,demonstrating good force performance.In addition,this structure also has advantages such as high construction efficiency and low cost,providing new ideas for the design and application of prefab-ricated shallow round silos,with broad prospects for promotion.
