河南省以人为核心的新型城镇化发展水平测度研究
A comprehensive assessment of development level of new urbanization in Henan with people-centered policy
摘要
Abstract
Promoting a people-centered new urbanization is an important measure to promote regional coordina-ted development and an important path to create a better life for the people.By constructing a five dimensional evaluation index system of population development quality,economic development quality,public service quali-ty,ecological environment quality,and social governance performance,the analytic hierarchy process and weighted sum method were used to measure and analyze the level of development of the people-centered new urbanization in Henan Province from 2012 to 2021.The results show that:(1)The development level of peo-ple-centered new urbanization in Henan Province is steadily increasing.(2)Henan Province's people-centered new urbanization has gone through four stages,namely preparation,initial implementation,preliminary realiza-tion,and basic realization,but has not yet reached a high-level stage of complete realization.(3)The four quality indices of population development,economic development,public services,and ecological environment have all shown a trend of growth,but the increase rates vary,and the social governance performance index has slightly decreased.In order to promote high-quality development,Henan needs to strengthen the synergy be-tween cities,deepen the reform of the registered residence system,improve the efficiency of public services and promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas.关键词
