Prediction model of cerebral infarction constructed based on clinical data and HR-MRI related parameters
目的 基于临床数据和血管壁成像技术构建颅内动脉粥样硬化(ICAS)斑块形成所致脑梗死(ACI)的预测模型.方法 选取2018-02-2022-06廊坊市人民医院的ICAS斑块形成患者204例,根据是否发生ACI分为观察组(80例)与对照组(124例),所有患者均行高分辨率磁共振血管壁成像(HR-MRI)检查,收集并比较2组患者的临床数据、HR-MRI影像表现及参数,采用LASSO-Logistic回归分析ACI发生的危险因素,绘制Nomogram…查看全部>>
