脑脊液细胞因子在中枢神经系统感染诊断中的价值
Value of cerebrospinal fluid cytokines in the diagnosis of central nervous system infection

Abstract
Objective To investigate the role of cerebrospinal fluid cytokines in the diagnosis of central nervous system infection.Methods A total of 55 patients with central nervous system infection and 56 patients with non-central nervous system infection from the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2023 to April 2024 were collected as the infected group and the non-infected group.Clinical data of the two groups were compared.Differences in levels of cytokines IL-1 β,IL-6,I L-8,IL-10,IL-17A,IL-22,TNF-α,IFN-γ in cerebrospinal fluid.Results older patients and increased levels of cerebrospinal fluid cytokines IL-1β,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,IL-17A,IL-22,TNF-α,IFN-γ were associated with central nervous system infection(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis suggested that cerebrospinal fluid IL-6(OR=1.003,95%CI:1.001-1.005)was an independent risk factor for central nervous system infection.ROC curve analysis showed that CSF IL-6 AUC=0.912(95%CI:0.859-0.965,P<0.001),sensitivity was 96.4%.Conclusion Cerebrospinal fluid cytokine IL-6 is an independent risk factor for central nervous system infection and can be used as a reference index for the diagnosis of central nervous system infection.关键词
